Frequently Asked Questions

    • First check that your Capitec ONLINE Banking is enabled.
      Then make sure you have a positive balance of at least R5.00 for Online Banking.
      (This balance is only on your banking profile for 3 days)
      Then try adding your card details again.

      NOTE the R1:00 validity charge will be refunded to your account.



    • Go into the ChaufHER Wallet
      Then select "Pay Me"
      Then select  "Bank Details"(right hand side)
      You can then click on the "pen" top right hand corner of the screen and edit the details so they are correct.
      Be sure to UPDATE the details before exiting the screen
