      To Book a trip or a parcel

      Go to the "Home" page
      Enter your Drop off address
      Select the trype of trip you would like 
      In the "Pre-Book Section" tap the Light Grey "Select" button (Not the down arrow)
      Select the Date and Time
      Choose number of passengers
      Choose vehicle type
        - Swift (3-4 passengers)
       - Voyager (6-7 passengers)
      Check the cost
      Confirm or Decline



    • Why was my card charged when I booked my ride?
      This is only a pre-authorisation of your card to ensure there are funds to cover the pre-booked trip you have just booked.
      This happens when the driver accepts the trip.
      When your trip is complete, your card is charged the final amount and the previously pre-authorised amount is released.

      If you should cancel the trip before the time the pre-authorised amount will be r3ealesed back into you bank account.

      ChaufHER at not time receives the funds, this only happens when the trip you have booked is complete.
      Your BANK holds the funds in reserve, not ChaufHER.



    • ChaufHER Swift = 3 passengers + the driver 
      ChaufHER Traveller  = 6 passengers + the driver.

    • Our rates are based on a distance and time calculation. We do not have a straight rate per kilometer.
      It is best to put your details into the address bars on the App once you have added your card details and get a quote.
