Frequently Asked Questions

    • ARRIVALS

      For all travellers flying into Cape Town International Airport, both Domestic and International
      We collect passengers in Parkade 2 .
      Not the pick-up zone for E-hailing.
      WE strongly suggest you call your driver using the "IN APP" feature to tell them when you have your bags.
      They will then drive into Parkade 2 to collect you. If your flight is delyed, your driver may incur parking fees. This is for your account payable directly to the driver.

      Please note when booking a collection time add
      20-30mins to your landing time for domestic flights
      60mins to your landingtime for International flights

      DEPARTURES
      We suggest all drivers drop in Parkade 2 where it is a short escaltor ride to the arrivals hall.
      This is a quieter option for travellers. 



    • ARRIVALS
      For all travellers flying into O.R, Tambo International Airport both Domestic and International Terminals
      We collect passengers at Level 2E - E-hailing Pick up Area
      Any extra time parking charge is for your account.

      WE strongly suggest you the passenger call the driver using the "IN APP" feature to tell them when you have your bags.
      They can then drive into the Pick-Up Zone.

      If you the passenger's flight is delayed any parking charges are for your account not ChaufHER's. The driver will present you with the ticket for paying . Hopefully this will not be necessary.

      DEPARTURES
      Passengers are dropped at International or Domestic Departures in the Drop Off Zone. 
      Some drivers may drop you at Level 2E, which is the E-hailing drop off area but you can discuss this with them on your ride especially if you have a return collection booked.
