    • You are required to add your name, the 16 digits of your card along with the expiry date and CVV number.

      The CVV are the 3 digits that can be found on the back of the card normally on the signature strip.

      NOTE the R1:00 validity charge will be refunded to your account. 



    • ChaufHER recommends that the person taking the ride, registers for the service using the phone number that will be with them in the vehicle.

      The main reason for this is 
      1. The Support Team can contact the Rider directly.
      2. The SOS button, which the Rider can press if they find themselves in any sort of compromised safety situation, is on the Rider App.
      The SOS Responders use the GPS location of the mobile number they call to locate you. This is the number linked to the Riders ChaufHER account .

      We understand a lot of parents want to book on their daughter behalf, so they can be in control of the booking, this however does compromise their safety.
      Yes ChaufHER Drivers have the SOS in their Apps but they may be compromised and it is easier for the Rider to report a problem.

      Please Note:
      Riders can share their trips with a third party.
      As a parent you can still make the booking on your daughters behalf.
